Tyler Cameron is finally speaking out about his failed relationship with supermodel Gigi Hadid. The two were involved in a short-lived, whirlwind romance. The couple made headlines once they were spotted together back in July 2019 and they drove tabloid rumors and headlines with their relationship. They took their relationship public quickly and weren’t shying away from the spotlight. That may be one of the reasons why just a few months later, fans were shocked to see that Tyler and Gigi had split.
Neither has spoken out about the end of their relationship until now. People TV caught up with Tyler who dished on a number of topics and to the surprise of many, Gigi was one of them.
He didn’t reflect too deeply on what he may have done to contribute to the relationship’s end and he had nothing negative to say about the romance. He pointed out that he thinks very highly of Gigi and though they aren’t friends to the point where they text back and forth on a daily basis, they are both cordial and friendly to each other.

“Just meeting someone that was great. She’s a great person, and I met a great friend. She’s someone that I have a lot of respect for and think highly of, so I met a great person.”

Tyler also revealed that they were just at different places in their lives. Sometimes when people break up, it’s because they realize they are better off as friends than partners. Tyler didn’t explain what made him feel they were at different “parts of their lives” but he did say he is still open to dating and getting into a serious relationship.

Tyler also explained that when he finds the right girl, it won’t matter if she is in the spotlight or someone who is away from fame entirely. That news was welcomed by a slew of women on social media who praised the 26-year-old reality contestant on his appearance.
